On 02 February 2022, the Seminar "Reflecting on Early School Leaving in Vocational Education: the Orienta4YEL Project" was held in the online modality, on the Zoom platform, with a duration of 3 hours. The event aimed to present the Orienta4YEL project, the results obtained to date and to share experiences of schools participating in the project, regarding strategies to be used in order to reduce early school leaving.
The Seminar included speeches from a local authority professional with experience in the area of educational projects and from 5 representatives of the participating schools. The seminar was attended by 189 teachers, of which 119 teachers answered the questionnaire. The guest speakers also participated in a Focus Group at the end of the Seminar.
